At Mythic Realm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to make the process easy for you in case you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product. We strive to provide a hassle-free experience for all your returns and exchanges.
Damaged Goods.
In the unfortunate event that you receive goods that are damaged, please email us details of the problem within 5 days of receipt of your order, at customerservices@mythicrealm.co.uk. Please also include a photo of the item and our Team will advise on the course of action to follow. A refund or replacement may be agreed upon depending on the nature of the damage. We will always aim to please, as we are very proud of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Failure to notify us of faulty items within 5 days of receipt will be deemed as being accepted by the Customer.
Returning Undamaged Goods - 14 day Money Back Guarantee.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned at the buyers expense and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. No explanation is required for the return, although we do ask that you let us know you are returning something and would like a refund. Once we have received the goods, they will be inspected and if deemed re-saleable the buyer shall receive a Full Refund of the cost of the item and any original postage costs. If you do return anything then please obtain proof of posting and tracking info if possible.
