Questions we are Frequently Asked.

Do you have a Brick & Mortar Shop ?

No .... At present we are an Online Shop only, based near Eastleigh, Hampshire (UK).


How much do you charge for Delivery ?

See our page on Delivery Charges which will give you all the info you require. Having said that, all UK orders over the value of £19.95 are Postage Free.


How long does Delivery take ?
That depends on what Delivery Option you choose. It will be between a 1 Working day Aim and a 5 Working 

day Aim.

Do you ship to Countries outside the UK ?
Not at the moment. Due to unprecedented rises in postal costs around the world, we have temporarily suspended shipping to countries outside the UK.

How are my Orders Packed ?
All items are packed using bubble wrap, or tissue paper if needed and placed in a secure Box or Jiffy Bag depending on size. All packed Boxes are then further wrapped in water proof plastic .... just in case of Rain.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged ?
Please email us with details and photographs of the damage within 5 days of receipt. We will then either replace the item if we still have some in stock, or issue a refund, or credit voucher.


What methods of Payment are available ?
All Major Credit / Debit Cards can be used. Payment by PayPal is also available.

Are Payment Details Secure ?
Of Course. We never see your full card details, as full card details are hidden from us. All Card details are            encrypted and held on a Secure Server behind a Firewall.

Of Course, just Sign Up on our website and you will have access to our Members area and Forum.

Are Promo Codes Available ?
Yes they are .... We often send out Promo Codes for money off vouchers, when you shop with us. If you send us a review
 of what you think of our Service & Website, we often send out a voucher code as a thank you.

How do I use Promo Codes ?
Promo Codes can be redeemed at the Checkout Page where there is an option to enter any voucher codes you have. 
Money will be taken off your bill according to the value of your code.

Do You have a Loyalty Point Scheme ?

Absolutely ... it is very safe to use. Our Website uses HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), which is an extension of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). It is used for secure communication over a computer network. On top of that, our Website is held on a Secure Server behind a Firewall and we also have a McAfee Secure Certification. This means our site is tested and certified to be free of malware, viruses and phishing attacks.

We are very Proud of our Customer Service and we will do All within our Power to ensure you are happy with your

NEVER ..... we only hold your details, so we know where to send the items you have ordered from us. We Never share your details with Any other Companies or persons.
