Products and Prices on the Website.
Listed prices are always shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are for 1 item unless specifically stated.
Mythic Realm may change the prices of its Products at any time without prior notice being given.
Products are always subject to availability and in the event of you ordering an item that is out of stock, you will be notified via email. You will only be charged for items dispatched to you.
Delivery prices will vary depending on the value of your order and your delivery preference. Please see the Page on 'Delivery Rates' for further information.
All major Credit / Debit Cards are accepted and PayPal is also available. Payments are made online via the Mythic Realm Website, which is hosted on the Wix Platform. Payments are secure and encrypted behind the Wix Firewall, so your personal and card details are always secure and fully protected.
In the unfortunate event that you receive goods that are damaged, please email us details of the problem within 5 days of receipt of your order, at email@example.com. Please also include a photo of the item and our Team will advise on the course of action to follow. A refund or replacement may be agreed upon depending on the nature of the damage. We will always aim to please, as we are very proud of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Failure to notify us of faulty items within 5 days of receipt will be deemed as being accepted by the Customer.
Returning Undamaged Goods - 14 day Money Back Guarantee.
If the buyer wishes to return an item, it must be returned at the buyers expense and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. No explanation is required for the return, although we do ask that you let us know you are returning something and would like a refund. Once we have received the goods, they will be inspected and if deemed re-saleable the buyer shall receive a Full Refund of the cost of the item and any original postage costs. If you do return anything then please obtain proof of posting and tracking info if possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts.
Unfortunately there may be times when the Customer is not available to take delivery of their parcel. If this happens then we cannot be held responsible and the parcel may get returned to us. Couriers will normally attempt delivery on 3 separate days and if still not able to deliver after the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery or to 'divert' the parcel to a neighbour or friend. Once the parcel is returned to us the customer has a choice of paying postage for re-delivery, or a full refund minus our original postage costs.
Goods Lost in Transit.
In the unfortunate event that your goods go missing in transit, due to an error on the Customers part eg. Incorrect Address supplied, then we cannot be held responsible.
If the goods go missing and it is an error on our part, or the couriers, then we will fully investigate and
do our very best to resolve the issue. You will either receive a refund or replacement, depending on your preferance. 100% Satisfaction is Guaranteed.
